Marshall and Snelgrove
You could say that back in the day Marshall & Snellgrove were somewhat of an institution for the modern fashion driven lady. The firms origins can be dated back to 1837 when a store was opened by a Mr James Marshall. Sometime soon after John Snelgrove became a partner in the firm and the company name became Marshall & Snelgrove.
Marshall & Snelgrove were renowned for high quality fashion wear and this beautiful suit is no exception to the rule. This gorgeous suit oozes quality - from the deep pile duke blue boucle wool, to the huge and ornate wooden buttons on the box style jacket, to the the large brassware hook clasp fastening of the skirt. I love the subtle pocket detailing to the jacket and perfectly sassy double layer kick back to the 'oh so sultry' pencil skirt. An outfit to wiggle in and out of and certainly The perfect 'Forget-Me-Not suit! Absolutely sublime!
