Body Shaping Techniques from a VOGUE Beauty Health & Slimming Editorial. These body shaping exercises can be done on holiday on the beaches in Tobago, or at home in tour own bathroom or garden. It makes sun sense to protect your skin with Sombrero sun tan cream: it penetrates the skin quickly and has built-in insect repellent. The thing is, is that I DO NOT like hot weather any longer. It is that time of year again, where a general topic of conversation amongst friends and their children alike, is where they are all holidaying this year. My mind is on other things, I have to admit….One friend is off to France, another specifically to Paris and I am off to Torquay with hubby and the girls. After a successful trip last year to our current destination – it was agreed all-round that a rinse and repeat would take the ‘hassle’ out of ‘holiday’ and hopefully allow us all the opportunity to relax to some degree. Although I am certainly all set for a few weeks away from it all (not that I will have the opportunity to get that you do understand) I can only hope that the weather is warm not broiling, the children are as relaxed and entertained as possible and that I have the time to read and hope upon hope understand the 7th Edition of Psychology: The Science of Mind and Behaviour.

I’ll be starting a Psychology Degree in September and so to say that I am only slightly nervous is an understatement. I am sure that my studies will surely have an impact on my blogging – but to what extent and in which direction – either helping to increase my blogging potential or lessen – only time will tell.

This – my blog, my on-line store, vintage fashion and lifestyle is my hobby, my passion and a big part of my life. I suppose I have the normal, average, everyday concerns and woes about how I will manage to juggle all of these facets of my life, including my husband and beautiful babies. Will I cope? Will the children enjoy their time with the support network I have diligently sourced? Will the house get cleaned, ironing get ironed, beds get made – at all!!!? Will I be able to do well at my chosen field?

Well – all I can say with certainty is ‘Watch this space’ and I will certainly fill in the details as we progress on this learning journey…Happy Holiday Planning……N xx
